Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation or amendment is received before 1 days (before 24 hours) prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- Any cancellation or amendment is received after 1 days ( after 24 hours) to arrival date, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.
- Failure to arrival at our hotel will be treated as No-show, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed.

- By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 3% bank fee is applied.
Children and Extra beds:
Child under 6 years old: Free of charge and share bed with parents.
Child from 6 years and over: surcharge US$ 12/person/night for additional child or an extra bed
Adults: surcharge US$12/person/night for additional person or an extra bed.
Pets: Not allowed.
